Yes, the requirements are as follows:
The user must send a colour image of a full-page spread of the passport. Personal data and photograph in the document should be displayed. A similar requirement is put forward for the series and passport number. The user has the right to “blur” the signature. This will not be considered a violation.
If the user wants to send a scan copy or photo of the ID card, he will need an image of both sides of the document. The cardholder has the right to put a watermark or inscription on top of the card, provided that the basic information on the document is visible.
Send the documents in a spread. Make sure that all 4 edges of the document are visible and the photo is not lit by the flash.
